As of June 22, 2022, the project is currently on hold and has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace the existing 8000-gallon above ground diesel fuel tank (including fuel piping lines to existing day tank) at the Southport Booster Pump Station, remove and legally dispose of the existing 2500-gallon above ground diesel fuel tank & 300-gallon diesel fuel day tank. Work will also include the removal of all above ground & underground fuel piping lines that connect to the 2500-gallon and 300-gallon fuel tanks at Southport WWTP. The initial term of the contract(s) is for two hundred and ten (210) days from the issuance of a Purchase Order. In the event that the contract(s), if any, resulting from the award of this eBid shall terminate or be likely to terminate prior to the making of an award for a new contract for the identified products and/or services, the City may, with the written consent of the awarded Contractor(s), extend the contract(s) for such period of time as may be necessary to permit the City's continued supply of the identified products and/or services. The contract(s) may be amended in writing from time to time by mutual consent of the parties. Unless this eBid states otherwise, the resulting award of the contract(s) does not guarantee volume or a commitment of funds.
