Please provide one bid for the following estimate work for Town of Stark in 2022: 1. 35,000 sq ft of double seal coating over gravel surface. This 35,000 sq ft is estimated to be broken into seven different sections throughout the Town of Stark and each section is estimated to be each 5,000 sq ft. (250 ft x 20 ft). 2. 35,000 sq ft of single seal coating over gravel surface. This 35,000 sq ft is estimated to be broken into seven different sections throughout the Town of Stark and each section is estimated to be each 5,000 sq ft. (250 ft x 20 ft). 3. 260,000 sq ft of single seal coating over hard surface. This section will be a continuous road (13,000 ft x 20 ft). The service of brooming and patching before sealing must be included in the bid. Seal coat bids must include clause for completion of work by August 31st, 2022. We request seal coat specification to be included in the bid. Contract proof of insurance for road materials and seal coat must be included. The Town of Stark reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids tor to award the contracts to the bidder, who in the opinion of the Town Board, will be the most advantageous for the Town of Stark. The Town of Stark reserves the right to reject any or all bids that don't follow the above criteria. Any bid not following application will be rejected.
