The work for which proposals are invited consists of the cleaning and televising of approximately 11,400 feet of sewer and 1,100 feet of heavy cleaning/grease cutting. All construction to take place in Northbrook, Illinois in the county of Cook. Each set includes Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents which will be digitally transmitted to the applicant. Bidding documents obtained in any other manner shall not be used in preparing bids. Neither the Owner nor the E/A will assume any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the Bidding Documents not obtained as indicated above. CONTRACT TIME The project is to be substantially complete within 21 calendar days commencing from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Final completion is required within 28 calendar days, commencing from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. PREVAILING WAGES This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130, et seq.) The successful bidder will be required to comply with all requirements of the Act. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or any portion thereof or to accept any proposal or portion thereof and to waive any informality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
