Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents Provide all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, submittals, certifications, documentation, permits, as required and applicable (including traffic control and dust control), for the proposed Oak Lateral Canal concrete lining alignment from Check for Delivery Gate No. 5 to Check for Delivery Gate No. 6 following the existing Oak Lateral. Canal Check Structure No.5 downstream face outlet structure centerline at Sta 49+62.25 to the centerline of existing Canal face Check Structure No. 6 at Sta 69+56.63, concrete lining a distance of approximately 1934.38 linear feet along with two concrete line transitions with 20 and 40 feet respectively. Questions concerning this Primary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, April 12, 2022 to Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent, via email to: purchasing@iid.com. Responses to questions received will be provided digitally for download on our website www.iid.com, under this solicitation listing to all participants no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, April 14, 2022. A bond posted or other security submitted with the notice of protest must be in an amount equal to the lesser of: (i) Twenty-five (25) percent of the total value of the solicitation submitted by the person filing the notice of protest; or (ii) Five thousand dollars ($5,000). IID expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, or any portion thereof, and to waive any informality in responses received.
