Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in West Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project consists of Complete demolition of the existing building on site. New Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) that includes concrete, masonry, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, & fire protection. Detention basin earthwork, site utilities, asphalt paving, etc. . Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project cost range is anticipated to be between $8-$9million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
