Site work and renovation of a civil project in Highland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 5, 2024, per owner, this IS NOT a construction project. They solicited professional services proposals from Engineers for as-needed consultation/design services for various water treatment related minor projects. Three firms have been selected and identified and will be assigned various minor projects during the course of 2024. None have been designed, scheduled or started as of this date. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to inspect the entire Request for Proposals and seek clarification of any item which may not be clear to them. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
