As of January 5, 2024, an engineering team has been identified. Per owner, the project is currently awaiting IDOT approval of Phase II, staff anticipates approval sometime in Spring/Summer of 2024. Once approved, the construction phase of the project can be bid out, which is anticipated for Fall 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Intent: Obtain professional services to complete Phase II Design Engineering, Right-of-Way and Phase III Construction Engineering Services for East Lake Avenue and Waukegan Road Improvements. This project will be partially funded by the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program (CMAQ) funds. Therefore the Village is soliciting Statements of Qualifications in accordance with the Village's Qualifications Based Selection for Federally Funded Projects from all firms desiring to be considered for this project. Offers may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after closing date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsigned, via mail, via in person delivery, via fax, via email or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, may be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village of Glenview reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in proposal procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
