HVAC Maintenance at the San Jacinto Wildlife Area The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the troubleshooting, servicing, and semiannual maintenance of three (3) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units. The services shall be performed at San Jacinto Wildlife Area, 17050 Davis Road, Lakeview, CA 92567. The San Jacinto Wildlife Area consists of two state owned houses and one headquarters office. Time of Completion July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 following notice from the State to the Contractor to commence.
