Clarification deadline 4/1/2022 10:00 am LCA desires to engage the services of a contractor to provide various brush and vegetation maintenance on our utility easements. There are three projects in this request for proposal: Lehigh River Flood Dike Maintenance, Maintenance of Cleared Easements, and Maintenance of Uncleared Easements. The contract for this program will be awarded for three years: 2022, 2023 and 2024.The award will be made to that responsive and responsible bidder whose proposal, conforming to specifications, will be most advantageous to LCA, price and other factors considered, such as qualification, delivery time, quality, service, etc. Bidder must be able to start work within two (2) weeks of award. The award may or may not be made to the firm with the lowest cost proposal. Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as well as the right to waive any or all informalities in awarding the contract in the best interest of the Authority. Questions and inquiries should be addressed online Bidder Inquiry Deadline is 10:00 AM, Friday, April 1, 2022. LCA reserves the right to reject any and all bids; the right, in its sole discretion, to accept the proposal considered most favorable; and the right to waive minor irregularities in the procedures or proposals if it is deemed in the best interests of LCA.
