Site work and renovation of a civil project in Hartleton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Clarification deadline 4/21/2022 5:00 pm The Project includes the following Work: Construction of new pre-cast concrete sewage treatment system including all associated equipment and controls. New sewage influent screen and effluent UV treatment system equipment. Replacement of existing pump station pump, rails and controls. Building renovations. Demolition of existing steel tanks and associated equipment.A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Hartleton Borough Municipal Authority, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. Haines-Woodward Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. The General contract is anticipated to not exceed $315,980.00. The Electrical/Controls Contract is anticipated to not exceed $70,330.00. PN - E2020.0037
