RFQ for: Paving of Cart Paths at D.W. Field Golf Course Location- 331 Oak St Brockton, MA 02301 The City ofBrockton Parks Department seeks to refurbish and rebuild approximately one thousand three hundred and fifty (1,350 linear ft.) linear feet ofcart paths at D.W. Field Golf Course, 331 Oak Street, Brockton, MA due to failing and deteriorating condition. The Parks Department seeks a qualified contractor with at least five (5) years of experience performing similar work on golf courses. The cart paths to be installed are all six feet (6') wide and of varying lengths and locations on the golf course. All interested parties must supply at least three references for similar work. It is the successful bidder's responsibility to supply all materials including base material consisting of 3/4" stone with stone dust and topcoat asphalt. The successful contractor will be responsible for removing any and all old material indicated in the scope, and or removal of existing path. Approximate area of all cart path work is listed on quote sheet.
