The purpose of this plan is to plan and guide the development and investments to be made at the station, in accordance with the values of the strategic planning of the City of Lac-Megantic. Spread over a period of 10 years, the plan will make it possible to carry out coherent investments according to a vision and pre-established objectives. It will also make it possible to define the planning framework for the targeted development projects and a concrete action plan promoting its implementation. The City wishes to obtain a 3D visual rendering of the proposals. The bidder must provide a unit price for each of the boards that will be required by the City (optional in the price schedule) for the filing of a 3D visual rendering. At this stage, only the names of the bidders will be revealed. The City of Lac-Megantic does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted.
