**Filed Sub-Bid 04/13/2022** Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Stoughton Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Balcony Railing Replacement and Selective Concrete Repairs in Stoughton, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by RGB Architects. The Project consists of: removal of existing metal guardrail system and fiber-cement panel system under lower level patios, patch repair of concrete patio's, installation of concrete sealer on underside of patio, traffic coating on elevated slab patios, painting of plywood soffits and installation of aluminum-reinforced vinyl railing system. Installation of concrete footings, foundations, cmu backer wall and thin brick veneer under lower level balconies at Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 7. Brick mortar crack repair and repointing at brick columns. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub Bidder's Update Statement. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), nonrefundable, payable to the portal to cover mail handling costs. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA. The combined participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 13.0% of the final contract price including accepted alternates.
