Site work and new construction of a residential development in Wadsworth, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Pyramid Lake Housing Authority hereinafter called the "OWNER" is seeking qualified Indian Enterprise or Non-Indian Contractors for the services of Civil Engineering Services, to design a new subdivision. There are two sites; one located in Wadsworth and the other located in Nixon, Nevada on the Pyramid Lake Paiute Reservation. Preference shall be given to Indian Owned Enterprises as outlined in the Special Instructions. Notice is hereby given that all Contractors shall be obligated to comply with all Tribal Ordinances as adopted by the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe, including the Tribal Material and Use Tax and the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance. The proposal shall include the following items at a minimum to be considered. Name and Address of firm and/or individual submitting the proposal. Qualifications of firms and/or individual consultants listed on the project team. References of clients for whom similar projects were completed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
