Reference number : 1585118 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Tenders are requested for the maintenance of the public lighting network for a period of three (3) years, as well as a possibility of two (2) optional years for the City of Saint-Basile-le-Grand. The bid must also be accompanied by a bid guarantee issued by an insurance company for an amount equal to 10% of the total value of the bid (including options), taxes included, payable to the City of Saint-Basile -great. This guarantee must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tenders. In addition, the tender must be accompanied by a letter of undertaking relating to the issuance of a performance bond and a bond for the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services, issued by an insurer holding the right to carry on insurance activities in Quebec and registered in the register of insurers of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), each for an amount equivalent to 10% of the total value of the bid (including options), taxes included, in favor of the City of Saint-Basile-le-Grand. The deadline to file a complaint is April 11, 2022 and the deadline to respond is April 22, 2022. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
