Road aggregates liquid asphalts bituminous surfacing materials precast concrete inlets metal frames & gratings plastic pipe gasoline / diesel fuel winter road materials vendors must pay a $55 administrative fee to submit a bid; any bid not accompanied by the administrative fee may be rejected. All bids must be sealed and addressed to beaver county regional council of governments and have the words "Proposal for (name of material/s)" clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Bidders are invited to submit proposals on any or all supplies; proposals for each supply contract must be submitted in a separate envelope. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashers check, or a bid bond made payable to the "Beaver county regional council of governments (or bcrcog) and its participating municipalities" in the amount of $1,000. The successful bidder(s) will be required to submit a performance bond. The governing body of participating member municipalities reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any major discrepancies in the bids, and to purchase any part, all or none of the materials specified when deemed to be in the best interest of the municipality. Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Beaver County Regional Council of Governments Questions may also be addressed to this email. No bid may be withdrawn after the bid opening for a period of sixty days thereafter.
