Renovation of a municipal facility in Rutledge, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay portal Program a fee of 1/3% of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through portal and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Rutledge Borough, must accompany each bid. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, the Public Works Employment Verification, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the bidding as is in the best interest of the Borough. Requests for clarification are due Thursday, April 7, 2022 2:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The budget is between $60,000 and $65,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
