This Task Order Engineering Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between the Great Lakes Water Authority, a Michigan municipal authority and public body corporate organized pursuant to Act 233 of 1955, with its principal place of business located at 735 Randolph, Detroit, Michigan 48226 ("GLWA"), and Enter Company Legal Name, with its principal place of business located at Enter Company Address ("Engineer"). Collectively, GLWA and Engineer are the "Parties" and individually a "Party". The TOES Program utilizes a pre-qualified group of firms, of which Engineer is a part, for the performance of various Task Orders at the GLWA Water Resource Recovery Facility and its regionally located combined sewer overflow facilities, sewage pump stations and wastewater collection system; water treatment plants; water booster pumping stations; water transmission system; and other GLWA facilities. The Program requires Engineer to provide general engineering services and project management for any Task Order issued hereunder. Task Orders may consist of one or more engineering tasks and will involve various engineering disciplines including, but not limited to, individually or in combination, water/wastewater process, site/civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, HVAC/mechanical, fire protection, architectural, plumbing, surveying and asset management. These disciplines may involve the performance of various services including, but not limited to, individually or in combination, study phase, CAD, 3-D modeling/building information modeling (BIM), hydraulic modeling/evaluation, laser scanning, virtual tours, structural evaluations, construction administration/construction engineering (CA/CE), design, inspections, testing, topographic/ALTA surveys, construction staking, easement/land acquisition, soil boring, reliability centered maintenance (RCM) assessment, reliability centered design (RCD), failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), root cause analyses/studies, soil boring/analyses, pavement design and document scanning/organization. Questions Due Date - Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions - Apr 15th 2022, 12:00 PM EDT The "Agreement Term" shall be for three (3) years from the date of the signature of the GLWA CEO. GLWA shall have two (2) one-year options to renew this Agreement at GLWA's sole discretion and at the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
