Renovation of a municipal facility in Detroit, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
These capital improvements will consist of architectural design, engineering, and renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet of office space on the 11th Floor of the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center (CAYMC). The project is to renovate the Mayor's Cabinet Conference room, lobby, and corridor spaces. This will include providing state of the art technology with a new video wall and a new Audio/Visual system in the Mayor's main conference room. This will also include renovations to the Mayor's suite lobby areas and corridors. These renovations will be connected within the City's technology infrastructure and will be integrated with all available data sources and devices.
