The Department of Natural Resources Parks and Recreation Division (DNR - PRD) is looking to complete an in-depth Multimodal Transportation, Circulation and Traffic Management Study for Belle Isle. Experience: The PSC shall demonstrate appropriate experience relevant to the work described within the Request for Proposal (RFP) to assist the State in determining key firm experience. Approach: The PSC’s approach to the work will be evaluated as part of the RFP. The PSC shall provide a detailed description of the process / methods / techniques to be utilized in completing the work. The PSC shall develop an overall schedule for the project.
