Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belgium, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of 05/20/2022 This project has been awarded to Soper Sewer & Water, LLC in the amount of $2,908,551.59. MCM #B0002 - 09-21-00161 Bids shall be sealed and shall have the name and address of the Bidder and the Contract for which the Bid is being submitted on the outside of the envelope. All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. The work shall consist of the reconstruction of North Street, Liberty Street, Elevator Lane, Elm Street, Park Street and Commerce Street. Storm sewer and stormwater ponds will also be included in this Contract. This project includes the following major items: Excavation Common Base Aggregate Dense, 1 1/4 Inch Base Aggregate Dense, 3 Inch Concrete Curb and Gutter Concrete Sidewalk and Driveways Asphalt Pavement Storm Sewer (Various Sizes) Stormwater Ponds The work shall consist of the reconstruction of North Street, Liberty Street, Elevator Lane, Elm Street, Park Street and Commerce Street.
