Pottawatomie Golf Entrance Plaza Project OWNER: St. Charles Park District 101 South Second Street St. Charles, Illinois 60174 This project consists of concrete plaza improvements, including but not limited to all labor and materials to complete the proposed concrete patio, stairs, ramp and curbing, including asphalt removal, excavation and grading, concrete formwork and finishing, handrail fabrication and concrete furnishings. It is the policy of the St. Charles Park District to encourage the participation of minorities, females, and persons with disabilities to the maximum extent feasible in Park District projects. The St. Charles Park District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which, in its judgment, will be to the best interest of the Park District. Only bids in compliance with the provisions of the specifications will be considered. All bidders must comply with the applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of Kane County prevailing wages by all contractors working on public projects, and bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor and bidding, including Equal Opportunity Laws.
