Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Watab, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Township Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Project Category Code: Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Storm Drain and Paving, Street/Road Asphalt Resurfacing and Milling, Paving (Highway, Road or Street), Street/Road Asphalt Milling, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Grade and Surface, Curbs, Pavement Removal, Excavation, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) Description: The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1,500 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 2,600 C Y Excavation - Subgrade 19,500 S Y Full Depth Reclamation 4,050 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 100 L F 15" RCP Storm Sewer Additonal Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of Watab Township shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
