Site work for a water / sewer project in Centralia, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids shall be submitted for: Water Main Extension along Kell Street Between S. College Avenue and Illinois Route 37 Conditional or qualified bids will not be accepted. Give special attention to and comply with project insurance and bonding requirements. Elm Nashville, IL 62263 Southern Illinois Builders Assoc, 1468 Green Mount Road O'Fallon, IL 62269 Southern Illinois Builders Assoc. 1519 E. Deyoung, Suite B Marion, IL 62959 Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of at least five percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to the City of Salem as security for the proper execution of the contract. Bids from partnerships or joint ventures will no be acceptable. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in the best interest of the OWN- ER, Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after date of receiving and opening bids. The Illinois Dept of Labor prevailing wages shall apply to the project, and hiring preference sahll be given to the Illinois citizens. The City of Salem is an equal opportunity employer.
