Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Custer City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER SHALL: Demolish and remove the building, debris, trash, and junk from the premises and deposit in an approved disposal facility. Demolish and remove all foundations, pipes, and all other appurtenances to 24 inches below grade level. If required, provide good quality topsoil for filling and leveling all low areas of the property. Be responsible for leveling the lots and leaving in a condition in such a manner to prepare for another structure to be constructed on said property. Commence the described work within 20 days of being awarded the work, and to complete the described work within 30 days of commencing. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for having general liability insurance in at least the minimum amount of $100,000.00 per incident (property damage or bodily injury) and workers compensation insurance in the statutory amount prior to the date of commencing services. A current copy of insurance binders showing such insurance coverage shall be on file in Town Hall at all times that the contract is in full force and effect.
