Federal Aid No. ESTP-2018(04) CFDA: 20.205 The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for an extension of the Capital City Trail from South State Street to a point near US13. The project will include the construction of a 10 wide asphalt pathway on the south side of Rt10 and also include ADA upgrades to existing curb ramps and improved road crossings. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. All work on this contract must be complete within 82 Calendar Days. The Contract Time includes an allowance for 8 Weather Days. The Department's intent is to issue a Notice to Proceed for work to start on or about June 30, 2022.
