Identify and analyze on-alignment modernization improvement strategies for 4.2 miles of roadway for the north-south segments of US 53 (US 14/61 to IH-90); WIS 35 (USH 14/61 to US 53); WIS 16 (USH 14/61 to IH-90); USH 14/61 (WIS 35 to USH 53) in the city of La Crosse, La Crosse County. Analyze safety, traffic operations, existing infrastructure, roadway geometrics, and bicycle and pedestrian facilities. Extensive coordination with the city of La Crosse will occur throughout the study. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 8.00 DBE goal on project: No The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultants estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultants actual indirect rate.
