No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consent of the Village for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing bids. Bidders are not required to file Bidder's Qualification Forms; however the Village reserves the right to request proof of responsibility and qualification before an award is made.
