Renovation of an educational facility in Holmen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the Project consists of demolition of existing interior casework, fabrication and installation of new wood display case including plastic laminate panel and trim material, sliding glass assemblies and electric lighting. Ceiling work includes installation of new linear metal ceiling at the display case. The alternate includes solid wood trim and wood veneer panels in-lieu of plastic laminate materials. HSR Associates is responsible for distribution of addenda only to those who have requested project documents from HSR in formats. HSR Associates will make AutoCAD files available to the Contractor following award of contract. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. There is no pre-bid meeting planned for this project.
