Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Holmen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 4,600-square-foot water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
As Of August 29 2023 this has no award yet. Furnishing of all labor and material for the Construction of a new well house to serve the proposed Well No. 8 in the Village of Holmen. The well house is an approximately 4,600 square foot building that includes process piping, chemical feed equipment, electrical equipment and SCADA controls, permanent onsite generator, HVAC, plumbing, and garage space. A pitless unit is proposed to house the well outside the well house. Site and civil improvements include earthwork, water main, sanitary sewer, driveway improvements, erosion control and restoration. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Holmen reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Village. HOLMV 155850
