Site work for a mixed-use development in Miami Gardens, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Proposed improvements include, lining of existing 54-inch culverts (15 total), replacement of existing sand-cement headwalls, installation of sand-cement riprap on the canal side slopes, canal bank stabilization, and channel excavation (Exhibit 2.0). The City of Miami Gardens is requesting electronically submitted bids from qualified licensed companies to perform work on Marco Canal Culvert Rehabilitation which includes lining of existing culvert pipes and related improvements at five (5) locations. PROJECT LOCATIONS: The work of the contract shall be performed at the following: NW 20 AVE (adjacent to 1985 NW 172 ST) NW 19 AVE (adjacent to 1870 NW 172 TERR) NW 18 AVE (adjacent to 17120 NW 18 AVE) NW 171 ST (adjacent to 17031 NW 18 AVE) NW 17 AVE (adjacent to 16930 NW 17 AVE) Q & A deadline: Jun 06, 2022 5:00:00 PM EDT These liquidated damages of $100.00 per day will be deducted from the contract sum for each calendar day
