The City of Prineville is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of 70001f of water transmission pipe, to be quoted in 200 psi class and 165 psi class in either PVC or High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for the project. City will take delivery on June 30, 2022 It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will approve the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on the 26th day of April, 2022. The selected contractor will be required to enter into a goods contract with the City of Prineville. Deadline for ITB Questions or Protests or Requests for Changes April 12, 2022 @ 2:00 PM All questions regarding this project solicitation shall be directed to Lori Ontko, Contract Administrator, in writing to lontko@cityofprineville.com. All bids received shall be valid and irrevocable until the 30th of June, 2022 when the City will take delivery. The City reserves the right to reject any bid not in substantial compliance with the bid documents, or all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so.
