Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Parker, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The extent of the work is approximately as follows: O'Brien Park is an existing park located off of MainStreet and Victorian Drive in Parker, CO. The improvements include removal of the existing playground, and replacement with a new inclusive playground. Site improvements include concrete paving, new playground equipment, shade structures, climbing wall, playground surfacing (artificial turf and poured-in-place), fencing, electrical, irrigation and landscaping. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the time fixed for closing them. All bidders questions and inquires shall be directed to the Town of Parker's Project Manager, Brett Collins at bcollins@parkeronline.org on or before April 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the Bid. The vendors can upload their bid bond when responding online. The bond will be retained by the Town as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a Contract and Performance, Payment and Maintenance bond in accordance with his bid when notified of the award. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest of the Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.
