Site work and paving for a road / highway in Parker, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) ofthe Bid. The vendors can upload their bid bond when responding online. The bond will be retained by the Town as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a Contract and Performance, Payment and Maintenance bond in accordance with his bid when notified ofthe award. Landscaping of the tree lawn, which includes approximately 7,100 CF of rock mulch and associated traffic control. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period offorty-five (45) days afterthe time fixed for closing them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest ofthe Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.
