Question Acceptance Deadline 04/04/2022 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required - Installation Required - License Required El Paso County is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the removal and replacement of asphalt roadway surfaces, concrete curbs, and gutters at the Pikes Peak Center of the Performing Arts. This project will require approximately 9,700 square feet of roadway. Exact square footage is to be verified by the contractor. Work is anticipated to be completed between June 1, 2022 and August 1, 2022. It is expected that the business and their team members have significant experience with this type of project. It is expected that the individuals overseeing and managing this project are licensed professionals. The successful Contractor shall be considered and shall remain an independent contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation. The successful Contractor shall be solely responsible for scheduling and coordinating work of the sub-contractors, suppliers, and other individuals or entities performing or furnishing any of the work under direct or indirect contract with the successful Contractor. The successful Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, temporary facilities, and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for performance, testing, start up, and completion of the services outlined in this Solicitation. The original Offer must be received before the due date and time through an electronic package transmitted through the electronically system. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring its Response is posted by the due date and time outlined in the solicitation document. Contractors who fail to arrive at the Pre-Proposal conference within 15 minutes of the scheduled starting time shall be considered nonresponsive and ineligible for award.
