Site work for a civil project in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 12, 2024, an engineer and a construction manager@ risk was selected, however, the project has been cancelled and will not move forward. Engineer and Construction Manager information has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Cherokee Metropolitan District is seeking an engineer to design an upgrade for the District's main water treatment system in eastern El Paso County. The existing conditions, design requirements, and flow conditions are in the attached RFP document. Project schedule will be proposed by bidder but it is anticipated that drawings ready for construction will be completed by July 2023.
