Note that non-compliance with the instructions provided may result in rejection of the RFQ Generally, the scope of work will include, but is not limited to, the following: Design, supply and install play equipment at two (2) locations within the City of Elyria. These are new installations. One location is for ages 2 through 12 years old. The other location is for ages 5 through 12 years old The selected firm will be required to enter into an agreement utilizing the City's agreement documents, i.e. prevailing wage, performance bond, etc.
