Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
For furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: 1. Repair to Pre-Storm Condition (216' x 40'), multi-unit steel hangar truss, purlin, and girt members, hangar door frame(s), hangar door track(s), hangar doors and exterior siding. 2. Mitigation Repairs Pour new concrete footings, design, and install structural steel eve supports, and design and install captive top door track. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to Salina Airport Authority. Award of contract will be based on the lowest aggregate sum proposal submitted from those bidders that are confirmed as being responsive and responsible. The right is reserved, as the Salina Airport Authority may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
