Renovation of a residential development in Fort Polk, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Scope: renovate 44 housing units into 22 homes in the Palmetto housing area of Fort Polk, LA. These housing units are from the Annex “B” housing development plans and include housing unit type “E”. The housing unit plan types will focus on combing two housing units into one larger housing unit. Also included are interior finish upgrades as part of the major renovation. This scope will include interior painting, new flooring finishes, new windows, new exterior door units, new electrical lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Lastly, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets with counter tops and new appliances are planned to be installed as part of the project. Project Description Major Renovations at Annex B on Fort Polk in Louisiana. The major renovations are occurring in Units E and D on base there within Annex B. The scopes of work include but are not limited to: Demolition Carpentry Doors/Frames/Hardware Caulking Windows Flooring Drywall/Framing Flooring Painting Appliances Plumbing Electrical Roofing Siding Finishes Fencing Metal Gutters Finishes *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the General Contractor.
