Scope: renovate 44 housing units into 22 homes in the Palmetto housing area of Fort Polk, LA. These housing units are from the Annex “B” housing development plans and include housing unit type “E”. The housing unit plan types will focus on combing two housing units into one larger housing unit. Also included are interior finish upgrades as part of the major renovation. This scope will include interior painting, new flooring finishes, new windows, new exterior door units, new electrical lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Lastly, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets with counter tops and new appliances are planned to be installed as part of the project.
