Site work for a water / sewer project in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, installing approximately 4,000 LF of new 8-inch PVC sewer line and 15 manholes in the Nikolaus Subdivision along 5th and 6th Place south of McNeil. The work also includes removing and replacing any asphalt or concrete to complete the sewer replacement and the installation of new sewer services. The work includes all required labor, material, by-pass pumping, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place along South 5th Place, South 6th Place, East Oliver, East Nikolaus, East Mills, and East Merrill in Show Low, Arizona, 85901. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. Questions will be accepted until March 17, 2022 at 12:00 PM. Schedule of work - 100 day contract
