The City of Show Low is soliciting proposals from qualified parties for foundation repairs to on a city-owned building, Reidhead House Foundation Repair, City of Show Low Project #FM-2522. The project shall take place at 780 E Deuce of Clubs, Show Low, AZ. The project scope includes leveling, stabilizing, and repairing the foundation of a 2,800 square foot nonreinforced masonry (brick) home. It is assumed that the entire northerly half of the building will require repair. These repairs shall be done using a combination of injection grouting and helical piers or other proven technology. The proposals shall include a description of the work approach, supporting calculations, itemized cost proposal, and a preliminary schedule. Written Questions must be submitted in writing via US Mail, email, or hand delivered to the City Hall no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 6, 2022.
