Remodeling of a municipal facility in Dallas, Oregon. Working plans call for the remodel of a 7,077-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
Conceptual Bid estimate to allocate budget funding for Remodel of 7,077 sq ft two store office building. We are requesting proposals for a Conceptual Bid estimate for completion of a remodel for our Dallas Office building. This is a 7,077 sq ft two story building located at 260 NE Kings Valley Hwy, Dallas, OR. The proposal should contain: 1. Estimated cost to build out/remodel the Dallas building according to architectural blue prints. 2. Bid should be broken out by Construction Divisions. 3. Bid should consider if remodel can be done in phases. 4. Bid should provide enough detail to allow for immediate publishing of an RFP for construction/remodel of the Dallas Building. Selection is based upon price, quality of work, responsiveness of work completion, due diligence, knowledge and expertise of a construction projects. Northwest Senior and Disability Services reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact me. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
