Renovation of a municipal facility in Duncannon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,888-square-foot municipal facility.
This project involves the construction of a new roof structure over an existing roof that has reached the end of its service life. The new pitched roof structure will be installed over the existing flat roof structure. Metal roof and wall panels will be installed on the new structure. No HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical work will be completed. The work to be performed consists of all the labor, material, equipment, layout, disposal, and all other incidental costs required to complete the work. Clarification deadline 4/7/2022 11:42 am Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, as it may deem best for the interest of the Owner. The right is reserved by the Owner at its discretion to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. Bids may be rejected if they show any omission, alterations of form, addition or deductions not called for, conditional or uninvited alternate bids, or irregularities of any kind, or any other reason as the Owner shall determine. However, the Owner reserves the right to waive any defects or irregularities on bids.
