Renovation of a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the 2021-2022 Pressure Regulating Stations Improvements. The project is part of an annual Pressure Regulating Stations rehabilitation and relocation project. This year the project will relocate, improve, or install 12 Pressure Regulating Stations throughout TMWA's distribution system. Work will include but not limited to demolition of existing facilities, site piping, vault installation, mechanical piping, site work, asphalt and concrete repair. Question Cutoff Date: 4/8/2022 05:00 PM (ET) Range for Engineer's Estimate: $1,710,000 - $2,090,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A pre-bid conference/site visit will not be held. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. ANTICIPATED START DATE: On or Before May 10, 2022 COMPLETION DEADLINE: December 29, 2022
