For the Construction of a three span 42.21 metre long x 8.53 metre wide Precast Concrete and Steel Bridge over Qu'Appelle River located In N.W. 28-17-30 west of the 1st Meridian approximately 11.2 km (7 miles) north and 8.8 km (5.5 miles) east of the junction of Highway No. 8 and Primary Grid 600 at Rocanville, Saskatchewan. At any time prior to the closing time for bidding, a Bidder may withdraw, modify or correct its Bid by email submission of a written notice, signed by an authorized representative of the Bidder. The Bid withdrawal shall be submitted with the subject line "RM152-2021-001 WITHDRAWAL" and shall be in PDF format. The Bid modification or correction shall be submitted with the subject line "RM152-2021-001 CHANGE" and shall be in PDF format. In the event of multiple notices of modification or correction, all notices shall be applied to the previously modified Unit Price for the purpose of calculating the new modified Unit Price. Unless withdrawn in accordance with the instructions provided, Bids are irrevocable for 60 days after the close of bidding. Material substitutions and/or proposed equivalents will only be considered after the award of the Proposed Work. The Rural Municipality of Rocanville No. 151, the Rural Municipality of Spy Hill No. 152 and the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities shall not consider or respond to any unsolicited offers, alternatives, or inquiries not directly related to bidding on the Proposed Work.
