The work indicated will be partially funded via a Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant (MTF) grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The bidding process, contract, and conduct of the work must meet the requirements of the MTF grant agreement, which has been entered into by 2017 Greenmount Road, LLC, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The agreement obligates 2017 Greenmount Road, LLC to certain compliance requirements. If said compliance requirements are not followed, funding for the project will be at risk. Bidder's attention is directed to the Technical Specifications Section of the bid package, which contains the MTF Reimbursement Agreement and related Additional Special Provisions as an attachment. These documents outline the specific requirements of the MTF program. Submission of a bid for this Project will be considered the Contractors acknowledgement of these requirements and commitment to adhere to the same. The Project includes full depth paving, guide rail installation, drainage work, ADA ramps, curb, mountable curb, concrete full depth pavement, concrete islands, roadside rehabilitation, and other associated items related to roadway construction. This contract is in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and the successful bidder shall pay no less than the Wage Rates determined for the project as stated in the Contract documents.
