As of November 14, 2022, the project has been awarded. Construction is expected to commence November 16, 2022. The Supervisors of Manchester Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Manchester Township. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. Manchester Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. The Work will be substantially completed within ninety (90) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
