2024 Street Maintenance: Contract Nos. 1 and 2 (Ms-944), Contract Nos. 3 and 4 (Ms-963). Questions Due Date: Apr 1st 2024, 5:00 PM EDT A Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidder(s), when awarded a contract, shall furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond (with suitable surety) in the amount as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that the MS-944 Contract No. 1 and No. 2 are subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Contract No. 1 Mill and remove approximately 1,425 sq. yds. bituminous material; Provide and place 1,990 sq. yds. of paving fabric; Construct 7 pavement speed tables; Place approximately 2,035 tons of various bituminous concrete material throughout the Township. Contract No. 2 Perform Cold-in-Place Recycling of approximately 13,790 sq. yds. of pavement on Woodland View Drive. Contract No. 1: $305,500.00; Contract No. Manchester Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award in the best interest of the Township.
