MS-963: Contract No. 1 - Provide approximately 3,700 tons of various sizes of crushed aggregate Contract No. 2 - Provide approximately 3,970 tons of various bituminous Superpave materials All materials shall conform to current PennDOT specifications. A Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidder(s), when awarded a contract, shall furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond (with suitable surety) in the amount as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that the MS-963 is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Manchester Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award in the best interest of the Township.
